Roles may vary by construction project scope, site location and current project requirements.

Site Supervisor / Foreman

Building / road / bridge sites • Full-time / project-based

  • Coordinate daily site activities and work progress
  • Coordinate site team, tools and basic reporting
  • Experience in building, civil or infrastructure projects preferred

Machinery Operator

Excavator / roller / backhoe • Project-based

  • Operate machinery safely based on site requirement
  • Basic daily checks and safe operation discipline
  • Relevant license/experience required

Driver (Lorry / Tipper)

Construction material transport • Project-based

  • Transport material and equipment to/from site
  • Follow schedule and safety guidelines
  • Valid license required

Construction Site Crew

Building / roadworks / drainage / culverts • Project-based

  • Support construction site tasks such as drainage, earthworks, roadworks and general site activities
  • Assist supervisors, operators and skilled site teams
  • Willing to work on-site and follow safety rules
